Gochujang dip

Gochujang is fermented Korean chili paste, which is the trend of the moment. Gochujang is spicy, sweet and savoury at the same time. Combine with fresh-sweet flavours for an über-hip dip.

Ingredients (4 servings):

• 1 pack of Aviko Grip ‘n Dip
• 2 tbsp gochujang
• 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp ginger syrup
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 cm ginger root

Method

Preparation time: 5 minutes

• Mix the gochujang with the rice vinegar, ginger syrup and sesame oil. Add extra ginger syrup or rice vinegar to taste.
• Peel the ginger root and grate finely. Mix the grated ginger into the dip and spoon into a bowl.
• Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the packaging and serve with the dip.
