
Pico de gallo
Pico de gallo is also known as salsa fresca, which is a fresh salsa of tomato, onion, jalapeño pepper, fresh coriander, and lime juice. A popular dip, not only in Mexico!
Ingredients (4 servings):
• 1 pack of Aviko Grip ‘n Dip
• 3 tomatoes
• 1 small red onion
• 1/2 fresh jalapeño pepper
• Sprigs of coriander
• 1 lime
Method
Preparation time: 10 minutes
• Cut the tomato into quarters and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into very small cubes.
• Finely chop the onion and jalapeño pepper. Finely chop the coriander.
• Mix the tomato with the onion, jalapeño pepper, coriander and lime juice. Season with salt and spoon into a bowl.
• Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the packaging and serve with the dip.
