
Mexican mangosalsa
Finely chopped red pepper gives this fresh salsa of mango, lime and cucumber some spice, without immediately
becoming very spicy.
Ingredients (4 servings):
• 1 pack of Aviko Grip ‘n Dip
• 1/2 mango
• 1 small shallot
• 1 small chili pepper
• 2 snack cucumbers
• 1 lime
• Sprigs of coriander
Method
Preparation time: 10 minutes
• Cut the flesh of the mango into very small cubes. Finely chop the shallot. Halve the chili pepper, remove the seeds and chop finely.
• Cut the cucumbers into small pieces.
• Mix the mango with the shallot, the chili pepper, the cucumber pieces and the lime juice.
• Finely chop the coriander and toss through the salsa. Season with salt and spoon into a bowl.
• Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the packaging and serve with the dip.
