
Chimichurri
Chimichurri is a famous South American sauce, to serve with grilled meat. As a cool dip with fries at least as tasty!
Ingredients (4 servings):
• 1 pack of Aviko Grip ‘n Dip (600 g)
• Sprigs of flat-leaf parsley
• 1 clove of garlic
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• Dried chili flakes to taste
Method
Preparation time: 10 minutes
• Finely chop the parsley. Grate or crush the garlic.
• Mix the parsley with the garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and olive oil. Add chili flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.
• Spoon the chimichurri into a bowl.
• Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the packaging and serve with the dip.
