
Avocado hummus
No chickpeas but ripe avocado forms the basis of this silky-smooth hummus. This hummus is also 100% vegan.
Ingredients (4 servings):
• 1 pack of Aviko Grip ‘n Dip (600 g)
• 2 tbsp almond slivers
• 1 ripe avocado
• 1 tbsp tahini
• 1 lime
• 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 sprig of dill
• 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Method
Preparation time: 10 minutes
• Halve the avocado, pop out the seed and remove the skin.
• Puree the avocado flesh with the tahini, the juice of the lime and plenty of water into a thick creamy dip. Season with the cumin, salt and pepper.
• Spoon the hummus into a bowl Sprinkle with tops of dill and the sesame seeds.
• Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the packaging and serve with the dip.
