Feta-Tomato Dip

Make a delicious sharing platter with Aviko Grip ’n Dip and this dip with feta cheese, tomato and thyme.

Ingredients (4 servings):

• 600 g Aviko Grip ’n Dip
• 150 g feta cheese
• 75 g semi-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)
• 2 sprigs of thyme
• Hand blender with chopper

Method:

Preparation time: 10 minutes

  • Coarsely crumble the feta over the chopper. Also add the tomatoes with 1 tablespoon of the tomato oil.Puree until a smooth dip forms.
  • Gather the leaves from the thyme sprigs and spoon them into the dip. Season to taste with pepper.
  • Spoon the dip into a bowl and sprinkle with some additional thyme leaves, if desired.
  • Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the package and serve with the dip.
