Sriracha - Tzatziki dip

This sriracha tzatziki is nice and spicy and goes perfectly with Aviko Grip ’n Dip.

Ingredients (4 servings):

• 600 g Aviko Grip ’n Dip
• 150 g Greek yoghurt (10% fat content)
• 2 mini cucumbers
• 1 clove of garlic
• 2 tsp sriracha (spicy chilli sauce)
• Block grater

Method

Preparation time: 15 minutes 

  • Put the yoghurt in a bowl. Coarsely grate the cucumbers and add. 
  • Grate or crush the garlic. 
  • Add the garlic to the yoghurt too and mix everything together. 
  • Stir the sriracha into the tzatziki and season with salt. 
  • Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the package and serve with the dip.
