Mango-Coriander Salsa

This surprising dip with mango and coriander is delicious with a sharing platter with Grip ’n Dip.

Ingredients (4 servings):

• 600 g Aviko Grip ’n Dip
• 1 ripe mango
• 125 g cherry tomatoes
• ½ small red onion
• ¼ red pepper
• 1 garlic clove
• 3 sprigs of coriander
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• Hand blender with chopper

Method:

Preparation time: 10 minutes

• Remove the skin from the mango and cut the flesh from the pit. Cut the mango into coarse pieces.
• Halve the tomatoes. Roughly chop the red onion. Remove the seeds from the red pepper and coarsely chop.
Also coarsely chop the garlic.
• Put the mango with the tomatoes, onion, red pepper and garlic in the chopper.
• Add the sprigs of cilantro and chop into a coarser or, as desired, fine salsa.
• Season the salsa with the lime juice and salt. Spoon the mango-coriander salsa into a bowl.
• Prepare the fries according to directions on the package and serve with the dip.
