A gourmet French experience with tender steak, rich béarnaise sauce, and crispy brioche croutons.
Ingredients (4 servings):
• Aviko Wavy Blends Garlic & Herbs
• Brioche crouton
• Grilled steak
• Grilled mushroom
• Bearnaise sauce
• Sprigs of tarragon
• Large capers
Method
Preparation time: 5 minutes
• Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the packaging. Meanwhile, prepare the steak.
• Spoon the fries on a plate. Garnish with the croutons, steak and mushroom.
• Top with Bearnaise sauce and add some tarragon and large capers.
