Wavy North Shore Oahu

Garlic & Herbs Wavy Fries topped with grilled vegetables, slices of mango, and half-dried tomatoes, finished with a basil mayonnaise for a refreshing and vibrant flavor experience reminiscent of the Hawaiian coast.

Ingredients (per serving):

  • 50 g Wavy Fries Garlic & Herbs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 basil sprigs
  • ¼ sliced mango
  • 150 g grilled vegetables, e.g. courgette, aubergine, red pepper
  • 4 half-dried tomatoes
  • 3 sprigs of pea cress

Method

Preparation time: 5 minutes

  • Prepare the chips according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, using a hand blender, puree the mayonnaise with the basil leaves.
  • Spoon the chips onto a wave board or into a bowl. Divide the mango, grilled vegetables and tomatoes on top.
  • Pipe 2 dabs of basil mayonnaise on the fries and garnish with the pea cress.
