Million Dollar Dip
This is such a tasty combo. Grip ’n Dip together with this million-dollar dip
Ingredients (4 servings):
• 600 g Aviko Grip ’n Dip
• 2 tbsp almond slivers
• 75 g bacon strips
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 spring onion
• 1 tbsp crème fraîche
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 50 g grated cheddar cheese
• Pepper and salt
Method
Preparation time: 15 minutes
- Heat ½ tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the almonds for 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Put them on a plate.
- Heat another ½ tablespoon of olive oil in the frying pan. Fry the bacon strips for 4-5 minutes until crispy. Scoop them out of the pan and leave to drain and cool on kitchen paper.
- Cut the spring onion into fine rings.
- Stir the crème fraîche into the mayonnaise. Also add the cheese, bacon strips, almonds and spring onion. Stir gently
- Season with salt and pepper and spoon the million dollar dip into a bowl.
- Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the package and serve with the dip.
