Blackbean-chipotle dip

This blackbean-chipotle dip pairs wonderfully with our Grip ’n Dip.

Ingredients (4 servings):

  • 600 g Aviko Grip ’n Dip 
  • 150 g black beans (rinsed and drained from a tin) 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 1 clove of garlic 
  • ½ tsp ground cumin 
  • 1-2 tbsp chipotle sauce 
  • 1 sprig of mint 
  • Hand blender with chopper

Method

Preparation time: 10 minutes 

  • Put the beans with the olive oil, garlic, cumin, 1 tablespoon of chipotle sauce and the leaves of the mint sprig in the mincer. Puree to a coarse dip. 
  • Season the dip with additional chipotle sauce, salt and pepper. 
  • Spoon the blackbean chipotle dip into a bowl and sprinkle with some extra mint leaves. 
  • Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the package and serve with the dip.
