Fries come in all shapes and sizes. Each country has its own preferences. It starts with the type of potato, the cutting size of the fries, the crunchiness, what the fries are fried in and how it is served. With Aviko House of Fries we are active in more than 110 countries. Here to help you finding the right fries for your business.

  • Belgium

    Colour & Taste
Belgians clearly prefer white potatoes for their fries. The potato variety Bintje is their favourite. Preferably fried twice. Belgian fries are typically thicker and have a real potato flavour. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Preferably deep-fried in animal fat rather than oil, giving them a unique, rich flavour.

If you want to serve Belgian fries, we recommend Aviko La Cuisine Belge Artisanale fries.
