Wavy North Shore Oahu
Garlic & Herbs Wavy Fries topped with grilled vegetables, slices of mango, and half-dried tomatoes, finished with a basil mayonnaise for a refreshing and vibrant flavor experience reminiscent of the Hawaiian coast.
Ingredients (per serving):
- 50 g Wavy Fries Garlic & Herbs
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 basil sprigs
- ¼ sliced mango
- 150 g grilled vegetables, e.g. courgette, aubergine, red pepper
- 4 half-dried tomatoes
- 3 sprigs of pea cress

Method
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- Prepare the chips according to the instructions on the packet. Meanwhile, using a hand blender, puree the mayonnaise with the basil leaves.
- Spoon the chips onto a wave board or into a bowl. Divide the mango, grilled vegetables and tomatoes on top.
- Pipe 2 dabs of basil mayonnaise on the fries and garnish with the pea cress.
