Simple gnocchi

Ready-made potato purée allows you to quickly and simply make your own gnocchi. After cooking, fry them golden brown for extra flavour.

Ingredients (4 servings):

• 250 g Aviko Super Mash Homemade, defrosted
• 3 egg yolks
• 60 g flour
• 2 tbs of finely chopped chives

Method

Preparation: 20 minutes

  • Mix the mashed potato, egg yolks and flour. Add the chives, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bring water and salt to the boil in a large saucepan. Use two spoons or your hands to shape 8 gnocchi from the potato mixture.
  • Cook the gnocchi in 3-5 minutes, until they float to the surface. Remove them from the pan using a slotted spoon and drain well.
     

Tip: Extra tasty and luxurious with grated truffle.
