Wavy Punta de Lobo
Crunchy fries with savory bolognese sauce, topped with basil mayonnaise and grated Parmesan cheese for an Italian-inspired delight that’s sure to please any palate.
Ingredients (per serving):
- 250 g Wavy Fries Cheezz Onion Style
- 3 tbsp bolognese sauce with (beef) minced meat
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 sprigs of basil
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Hand blender

Method
Preparation time: 5 minutes
- Prepare the chips according to the instructions on the packet. Heat the bolognese sauce.
- Meanwhile, using the hand blender, puree the mayonnaise with the basil leaves. Keep a few leaves aside for garnish.
- Spoon the chips into a bowl or onto a wave board. Spoon the bolognese sauce onto the fries.
- Pipe a dot of basil mayonnaise on top and garnish with the Parmesan cheese and basil leaves kept aside.
Tip: Prefer meatless? Go for bolognese sauce with vegetarian minced meat or lentils.
