Peanut Mayonnaise

Easy to make and delicious with a Grip'n Dip sharing platter.

Ingredients (4 servings):

• 600 g Aviko Grip ’n Dip
• 4 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1 tbsp hoisin
• 1 lime
• 50 g salted peanuts

Method

Preparation time: 10 minutes

• Mix the mayonnaise with the peanut butter and hoisin until smooth.
• Squeeze the juice of ½ or a whole lime (to taste) into the mayonnaise and mix in.
• Roughly chop the peanuts.
• Serve the mayonnaise in a colourful bowl and sprinkle the peanuts on top.
• Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the package and serve with the dip.

Tip: Spice up the dip with sambal.
