- 600 g Aviko Grip'n Dip
- 3 roasted peppers (from jar)
- 1 shallot
- 1 spoon of capers
- 1 garlic clove
- Pepper and salt

Preparation time: 10 minutes
- Clean and chop the shallot and garlic.
- Put all the ingredients together in the blender until a smooth dip forms. It is nice to taste some pieces of paprika so do not grind too finely.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve in a bowl.
- Prepare the fries according to the directions on the package and serve with the dip.
Tip: Sprinkle the dip with coarsely chopped flat parsley
