Italian mash bowl
Italian cuisine is always popular. Try these Italian flavors combined with mashed potatoes.
Ingredients Italian mash bowl (10 servings)
- 1 kg Aviko Premium Super Mash
- 200 g salami (sausage)
- 80 g black olives without stones
- 6 basil leaves
- 125 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil (jar)
- 40 g Parmesan cheese
- Grater
Preparation method
15 minutes
- Heat the frozen mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the packaging.
- Dice the salami, olives and tomatoes.
- Finely chop the leaves of the basil sprigs. Grate the cheese.
- Stir ¾ of the salami, olives, tomatoes, basil and cheese into the puree. the puree. Season with pepper.
