Heavenly Hot Dog
A loaded fries twist on a classic hot dog, with grilled baby corn, jalapeños, and black garlic mayo.
Ingredients (4 servings):
• Aviko Wavy Blends Garlic & Herbs
• Hot Dog
• Grilled baby corn
• Jalapeños
• Black garlic mayonnaise
• Chilli pepper
• Flat parsley

Method
Preparation time: 5 minutes
• Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the packaging.
• Meanwhile, cut the corn into smaller pieces and the red pepper into strips. Slice hot dog open.
• Spoon the fries on a plate. Garnish with the hot dog, corn and jalapeños.
• Drizzle the black garlic mayonnaise over it. Top with chilli peppers and flat parsley for some extra spice and colour.
