Churros wreath with pear, ice cream and chocolate sauce
Churros with hot chocolate sauce, that tastes irresistible. Served as a wreath with a scoop of ice cream and juicy pear wedges, churros are 100% Christmas proof!
Ingredients Churros wreath with pear, ice cream and chocolate sauce (4 servings)
• 1 pack of Aviko Churros
• 125 ml non-perishable whipped cream (pack)
• 125 g dark chocolate
• 1 juicy eating pear
• 500 ml vanilla ice cream
• Small ice cream cone bar or scoop
Preparation method churros wreath with pear, ice cream and chocolate sauce
- Heat the whipped cream in a saucepan.
- Break 100 grams of chocolate into cubes and add to the cream.
- Heat gently and stir to a smooth chocolate sauce.
- Prepare the churros according to the instructions on the package.
- Meanwhile, halve the pear and remove the core.
- Cut the pear into wedges.
- Arrange the churros and pear wedges alternately in a wreath shape on a large flat dish.
- Add small scoops of ice cream.
- Pour a little chocolate sauce over the ice cream.
- Serve the rest in a bowl for dipping the churros.
- Grate the rest of the chocolate on top and serve immediately
Tip: Also delicious with (ready-made) stewed pears!
